Pinky Chan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, payroll administration, and HR operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Global Payroll at PCCW since August 2022, Pinky previously held positions such as Regional C&B Manager at Target Australia Sourcing Limited and Human Resources Manager at The Greater China Restaurant Company. Pinky has successfully led HR teams in various capacities, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
