James Jones is a highly accomplished Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in product strategy, development, and launch across various technology sectors, including Telecommunications, IT, Security, and AI/ML. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at PCG, James has previously held significant positions such as Director of Product Management at M-Tech and Segra, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial P&L accounts, developing product roadmaps, and coaching teams. James has demonstrated expertise in improving product quality and processes, launching digital and eCommerce strategies, and optimizing user experiences.
