Emma Lihani

Emma Lihani, MSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at PCH Treatment Center since August 2019, Emma has held various roles within the organization, including Operations Manager and Assistant Program Director for Clinical Operations. Prior experience includes internships in foster and adoption social work at Extraordinary Families, school counseling at Green Dot Public Schools, and various counseling roles at Tom Sawyer Camps, Inc., Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Signature Healthcare at Home. Emma holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Children, Youth, and Families, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon. Additionally, Emma contributed to the Tri Delta chapter as the Social Events Chairman, orchestrating events within the Panhellenic community during their undergraduate studies.
