Adam Sokoloff has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Adam currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Publishers Clearing House since January 2023 and is also a Board Member since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Partner at Asgard Capital Partners starting from January 2020. Before that, they were the CEO of USHG Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 to January 2023. Adam has also served as a Board Member at Newport Healthcare from July 2017 to July 2021. Adam held the position of Managing Director at The Carlyle Group from September 2016 to September 2019. Adam has significant experience in investment banking and financial services, having held the role of Managing Director and Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Jefferies from May 2002 to March 2016. Adam started their career as a Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert in August 1988, and later worked as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns from June 1994 to June 2001.
