Teresa Arnold

Teresa Arnold is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Area Director of Human Resources at PCH Hotels & Resorts since January 2018, Teresa previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa, where a successful pre-opening job fair attracted over 2,000 applicants and facilitated the onboarding of 200 new hires. Prior to that role, Teresa was a Human Resources Specialist at Island Hospitality Management, overseeing employee relations for over 3,000 employees nationwide. Teresa's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Nonna's Cafe, where employee engagement and service quality significantly improved. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lees-McRae College.
