Mitch Thornton

Mitch Thornton is a Principal Software Developer at PCI Energy Solutions since April 2014, with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Prior roles include ATS Architect at Findly, where an Applicant Tracking System was integrated into a social engagement product, and Chief Architect at both First Advantage Hiring Solutions Group and HRLogix, where Mitch led the creation of key applicant tracking systems. A career that began in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, serving as NCOIC, has transitioned through various architectural and development positions in companies such as Insource Group and Enrollcom, Inc., focusing on SaaS products and advanced Java technologies. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma City Community College.
