Kelley Cowan

Kelley Cowan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kelley began their career as a Staffing Coordinator at First Union National Bank in 1996 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a District Executive Assistant at Chevy Chase Bank. In 2008, they joined Leatherhead Tees as the Human Resources Director and worked there until 2014. More recently, Kelley has been employed at Wind Creek Hospitality, starting as an HRIS Manager in 2008 and currently serving as the Corporate Director of HRIS since 2019.

Kelley Cowan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and English from Barton College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they obtained the CPSP certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in January 2021.
