Michael Stankos

Michael Stankos has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and analytics. Michael currently holds the position of Director, Business Intelligence and Analysis at Wind Creek Hospitality, where they are responsible for delivering data-driven decision making and self-serve analytics to support core business operations and improve customer engagement. Michael leads the BI and Analytics team, building and managing dashboards and scorecards that executives rely on to drive business decisions. Prior to this, Michael worked at LeasePlan, where they held the roles of Director - Analytics, Consulting and Transformation and Manager, Client Review Analytics. In these roles, they led various projects and teams to deliver accurate and timely data constructions, enable data-driven decisions, and develop personnel in technology stacks.

Michael Stankos has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Analytics from Benedictine University. Michael also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and Chemistry from Benedictine University, and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biology from the College of DuPage. In addition to their formal education, Michael Stankos has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate from Microsoft in March 2022, Python for Data Science from IBM in June 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in August 2021.
