Dr. Strome has been involved with PCI Geomatics since 1984 when he was President and CEO. He played a key role in the early development of PCI Geomatics and the remote sensing industry, having worked with some of the first scientific imagery collected through the Landsat program in the then newly formed Canada Centre for Remote Sensing (CCRS). Dr. Strome is recognized for his innovative work in the field of digital image processing and remote sensing, and has extensive experience as a remote sensing scientist and teacher.
Dr. Strome currently serves as a Director of PCI Geomatics, and is a member of the Governance and Compensation Committee. He has been a Board Member since 2003.
