Rowland Fleming

Mr. Fleming, having worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years, brings significant experience to PCI’s board of directors. He held key executive positions including Executive Vice-President of Canadian operations for Scotiabank, President and CEO of the TSX, President and CEO of Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company, and President and CEO of National Trust Company. Mr. Fleming is a former director of Export Development Canada where he was Chair of their Risk Management Committee. Mr. Fleming previously held the position of Adjunct Professor at the Richard Ivey School of Business (2001 to 2005), and has served on the boards of a number of public and private corporations.

Mr. Fleming currently serves as a Director of PCI Geomatics, and is a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a Board Member since 2009.
