Joe Johnson is currently the CFO at PCI Group. Joe has held various positions throughout their career, most notably with the Philadelphia Parking Authority, where they were responsible for supervising a staff of 15-20 employees with various trades experience. Joe was also the point person between outside contractors and other city agencies, and reported status and updates to upper management and procurement. In their time with the Philadelphia Parking Authority, Joe also mentored summer interns each year.
From April 2016 to September 2021, Joe worked as a Human Resources Generalist with Dietz & Watson Inc., where their responsibilities included employee relations, investigations, grievances, arbitrations, and EEOC claims.
Prior to their work in human resources, Joe was a bartender at the Wells Fargo Center from September 1996 to May 2003. Joe began their career as an apprentice bricklayer with Local #1 Philadelphia PA from January 1986 to December 1990.
Joe Johnson attended Northeast Catholic High School before studying business administration with a focus in human resources at Holy Family University. Joe has also completed a certification from LinkedIn in 15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management.
Joe Johnson reports to Chris Kropac, President & Co-Owner. and Jill Ashe - Controller reports to Joe Johnson. They work with Tim Lackey - Director, Business Process Improvement, Perry Fernandes - VP, Operations, and Stephanie Kohlenstein - Director, HR.
