Stephanie Kohlenstein

Stephanie Kohlenstein is the current Director of HR at PCI Group. Stephanie has been with the company since September 2020 and in their current role, they are responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance for the strategic initiatives and daily operations of Human Capital for the company. Stephanie served as a strategic business partner to the company owners and management teams in two locations regarding organizational strategies, leadership development, and talent management to support the company’s growth strategies. Stephanie developed HR operations financial strategies by forecasting, and anticipating requirements and trends. Stephanie made recommendations to the organization's overall strategic thinking, vision and direction for the company.

Before their role at PCI Group, Stephanie was with Foundation Research Associates from March 2007 to December 2019. Stephanie started as Director of Human Resources and was responsible for the human resources function including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits, and employee morale, positioning human resources as a high-quality partner. In January 2012, Stephanie became Vice President of Logistics & Operations where they were responsible for companywide operations with a strong focus on strategic planning and goal setting to support growth and optimize organization’s bottom line, resulting in cost savings. In November 2017, Stephanie became Vice President of Business Development where they were responsible for the company’s overall sales performance and strategy. Stephanie doubled the size of the sales force resulting in a team of 12, leading the organization to revenue growth of 5% YoY. Stephanie also led the successful implementation of restructured sales

Stephanie Kohlenstein's educational career includes a BS in Marketing from Radford University.
