Ally Timmer (Swartz) has extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the medical device industry, currently serving as Site Quality Manager at CIVCO Medical Solutions since January 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing the quality management system, leading quality assurance functions, and managing the CAPA program, with a current focus on the EU MDR transition. Previously held positions at CIVCO include Lead Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer II, with prior experience as a Design Engineer and Quality Engineering Intern. Ally's educational background includes a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa, where engagement as a teaching assistant and student ambassador contributed to a strong foundation in engineering education and support.
