Eric Chavira

Eric Chavira is a seasoned professional in production management, currently serving in the production department at CIVCO Medical Solutions since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Production Department Manager at Smurfit Kappa and Production Superintendent at CIVCO Medical Solutions, where Eric led multiple teams encompassing production supervisors, group leaders, training technicians, and a large workforce of production associates. Significant achievements include the development of training programs, implementation of lean manufacturing strategies, and cost-saving projects that improved efficiency and reduced waste.
