Erin Dougherty has significant experience in marketing and communications roles. Erin started their career as a Marketing Intern at Sayles Graphic Design, where they maintained client relationships and produced press releases. Erin then worked as a Media Relations Manager at The 10,000 Hours Show, where they built relationships with media and assisted in organizing events. Erin also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Discover Card, where they analyzed sales techniques and created telemarketing strategies. Erin then worked as a Consulting Associate at Frank N. Magid Associates, helping media clients find solutions and organizing learning seminars. Erin later joined The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business as a Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator, building partnerships with employers and guiding students. Erin then moved on to Lil' Drug Store Products as a Marketing Manager, managing national and private label brands and leading market research projects. Currently, Erin works as the Director of Marketing at CIVCO Medical Solutions, where they lead marketing and clinical teams and develops strategies for various business lines.
Erin Dougherty completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Marketing and Management from Drake University in the years 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2011 to 2013.
