Ryan Swartz

Ryan Swartz has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ryan began their career at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in 2006 as a Mechanical Engineer II in the Research & Development department. Ryan worked in this role for five years before transitioning to CIVCO Medical Solutions in 2011. At CIVCO, Ryan held various roles, including Design Engineer II, Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, Program Manager for High Level Disinfection, and General Manager of the High Level Disinfection & Men's Health Equipment Business Unit. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations & Site Director at CIVCO Medical Solutions.

Ryan Swartz has a diverse education history. From 2003 to 2007, they attended the University of Iowa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. In 2011, they pursued further education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2014.
