Hannah Beilby began their work experience in 2002 as a Network Management Centre Team Member at E.ON. Hannah then transitioned to the role of Technical Analyst - Network & Voice Operations at the same company. In 2011, Hannah joined T-Systems International GmbH as a Voice Technical Analyst, where they provided support for telephony infrastructure initiatives and projects. Hannah also managed the configuration and operation of call center technology. In their role, Hannah ensured high availability and optimal performance of the IP Telephony System and services. Hannah also supported the Siemens Hipath 4000 Telephony System in Sweden and evaluated new technologies for long-term technical direction. Most recently, Hannah worked as a Voice Operations Engineer at PCI Pal, starting in June 2020.
Hannah Beilby attended Nottingham Trent University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science with Information Technology for Sciences.
