Mark Hertel

Mark Hertel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in the telecommunications industry. Mark most recently held the position of Vice President, US Sales at PCI Pal starting in July 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Sales, Western Region at Talkdesk. Mark spent a significant portion of their career at Genesys, where they held the role of Area Director, West from 2013 to 2018. Before joining Genesys, they worked as the Channel Development Manager at Enterasys Networks from 2011 to 2013. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the Area Sales Manager at ShoreTel. Mark Hertel started their career in 1992 at Business Telecommunication Systems (BTS) where they held the position of VP-Sales until 2006.

From 1983 to 1987, Mark Hertel attended Miami University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
