Carla Morgan's most recent work experience is as a Stability Analyst at PCI Pharma Services since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Pilot Plant Technician at Purolite Life Sciences from June 2019 to October 2019.

Carla Morgan pursued their education at the University of South Wales from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Forensic Investigation with a focus on Forensic Science and Technology. Subsequently, they enrolled in The Open University from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the field of Engineering.
