Debbie Brazil

Debbie Brazil, PHR has a diverse range of work experiences spanning over several years. Debbie'smost recent role is as a Sr. Total Rewards & Compliance Specialist at PCI Pharma Services since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LSNE Contract Manufacturing where they held multiple positions. Debbie started as an HR Generalist in April 2017 and later became a Sr. Human Resources Generalist in April 2021 until August 2022. Before working at LSNE, Debbie was an HR Generalist at Drs Technologies from July 2005 to October 2016. Debbie began their career at McCoy Associates as an Office Manager in 2004.

Debbie Brazil, PHR, completed their associates degree in Business from Castle Junior College, where they studied from 1980 to 1982. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2013, Debbie achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Debbie further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SHRM Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015.
