Jeannie Metzinger

Jeannie Metzinger is the SVP of Global Quality & Regulatory at PCI Pharma Services. Jeannie has over 9 years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance, including serving as the Chief Compliance and Quality Officer and SVP of Quality and Regulatory. In their current role, they oversee and directs Global Quality and Regulatory activities, providing leadership and guidance from a quality perspective to assure the highest achievable standards. Jeannie is responsible for ensuring the effective establishment and maintenance of quality systems for both Commercial and Clinical products, in order to satisfy customer needs and comply with the applicable regulations of all countries in which the CMO either manufactures or distributes products. Jeannie has played a key role in developing and executing quality strategies and systems to satisfy customer needs and comply with regulations, as well as supporting local & global corporate Quality & regulatory compliance. Jeannie has also provided leadership for corporate quality management, including assessment of quality issues, periodic reporting to the senior management team, defining and implementing recommendations for quality system improvement, and influencing cross divisional and cross functional organizations to garner resources to support the Quality organization. In addition, Jeannie has developed and measured quality metrics to drive consistent quality standards throughout the company. Jeannie has also carried out responsibility for all Quality System functions, including document control, quality engineering, supplier quality management, production quality control, customer complaint handling, new product development support, and internal audit program. Jeannie is committed to continuously evaluating the Quality System and the performance of the Quality Department, communicating company objectives, and establishing department goals in alignment with the company’s mission and strategy.

Jeannie Metzinger has a Bachelor's degree from Temple University in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs, which they received in 2008. Jeannie also attended Bishop McDevitt High School.
