Kerry Kingdom has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kerry began their career as a Development Chemist at Perrigo Company plc in 1998 and then moved on to roles such as Validation and Change Control Manager and Head of R&D and Technical Affairs. In these positions, they led multi-disciplinary teams and was responsible for various aspects of Technical Operations, including validation, equipment qualification, packaging validation, and computer systems validation. Kerry also played a key role in procurement and the introduction of new equipment and was involved in insourcing and outsourcing projects. In 2017, they joined PCI Pharma Services as a Senior Manager Technical Operations and later became the Head of Process Optimization and Validation.

Kerry Kingdom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry from the University of the West of England, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Kerry then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology from jobs in Ireland between 2006 and 2010. Kerry further expanded their educational qualifications with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University, completing the degree from 2010 to 2012.

Kerry also acquired additional certifications, including "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," "How to Inspire and Develop Your Direct Reports," "Interpersonal Communication," "Managing Virtual Teams," "Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary)," and "The Five Conversations That Deliver Accountability and Performance." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in July 2021.

Furthermore, Kerry undertook professional training programs. Kerry completed a Green Belt training program from The Lean Six Sigma Company, underwent QP Training from RSSL, and became a QMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor through IRCA certification (A17129). Additionally, Kerry pursued a second Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University, although specific details such as start and end years are not provided.
