Kristen Paden

Kristen Paden, SHRM-SCP, is currently working as a Human Resource Manager at PCI Pharma Services since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Open Systems Healthcare from July 2013 to February 2022. During their time at Open Systems Healthcare, they held various roles including Regional HR Manager from March 2016 to February 2022, Branch Manager from January 2015 to March 2016, and HR Coordinator from July 2013 to January 2015.

Kristen Paden, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Kristen completed their undergraduate education from 2009 to 2013.
