Flor MacHuca

Flor Machuca is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at TPI Composites, Inc. since October 2020, Flor has previously held HR leadership roles at NAPS de Juarez S de R.L de C.V and Cummins Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee relations, aligning business objectives, and implementing HR policies. Additional expertise includes talent management and training program development from previous positions at Cummins Grupo Industrial S de R.L de C.V, 3M Health Care, and Lear Corporation. Flor holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez earned in 2005 and 1996.
