Louise Carpenter

Louise Carpenter has extensive work experience in pharmaceutical development. Louise began their career at SmithKline Beecham as a Sandwich Student from 1998 to 1999. Louise then worked at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare as an Assistant Development Scientist from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they joined Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. as a Supervisory Scientist in Formulation Development from 2006 to 2013 and later as a Senior Scientist from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at PCI Pharma Services, where they started as a Formulation Development Manager in 2015 and is currently serving as the Head of Pharmaceutical Development since July 2019.

Louise Carpenter earned their Bachelor of Science with Honors in Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic Science from De Montfort University between 1996 and 2000. Louise then pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Innovation and Translation (MSc PIAT) at The University of Manchester from 2002 to 2006. Both their educational experiences focused on the fields of Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics.
