Mhrd Jocelyn Vega Phr

Jocelyn Vega has a solid background in human resources, with experience in various roles and organizations. Jocelyn currently works at PCI Pharma Services as the Manager of Global TR & Compliance Programs. Prior to this, Jocelyn was a Total Rewards Senior Specialist at the same company, where they were responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs. Jocelyn also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at PCI Pharma Services, where they gained experience in various HR functions.

Before joining PCI Pharma Services, Jocelyn worked at Merakey as an HR Strategic Partner, where they provided strategic HR support to the organization. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at Kids Smiles Inc., where they were accountable for HR operational functions and played a key role in organizational development and training programs.

Jocelyn's early experience includes a role as HR Operations Manager at a non-profit elder care organization, where they oversaw HR functions for multiple business units and managed a team. Throughout their career, Jocelyn has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, compliance, employee health, and strategic HR support. Jocelyn holds an MHRD degree, as well as certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Jocelyn Vega, MHRD, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Le Moyne College. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University from 2017 to 2018.
