Nicole Morales

Nicole Morales has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on management and recruitment. Nicole is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at PCI Pharma Services. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from March 2020 to April 2023.

Nicole also held the position of HR Manager at Pinnacle Logistics from October 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they had various roles at Walterscheid Powertrain Group, including Customer Service Team Lead (Manager) from August 2018 to October 2019, and HR Recruiter from April 2018 to October 2019.

Further back in their career, Nicole served as the Human Resources Department Manager at Magna International from January 2017 to February 2018. Nicole also gained experience as a Branch/HR Manager at Cardinal Staffing Services from October 2016 to January 2017.

Before transitioning into the field of Human Resources, Nicole held managerial positions at Best Buy as a General Manager from December 2013 to April 2016, and at Reebok/Rockport as a Multi Unit Manager from January 2011 to November 2013.

Nicole began their career in the telecommunications industry, working at AT&T Mobility as a Store Manager from February 2011 to December 2011, and at Verizon as an Assistant Manager from April 2006 to February 2011, where they eventually took on the role of Interim Store Manager. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successful management of teams, and a focus on improving operations and customer satisfaction.

Nicole Morales is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management and Services at Purdue Global. Prior to attending Purdue Global, Nicole had attended William Rainey Harper College, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. In addition to their education, Nicole obtained the Manager Leadership Experience certification from Lowe's in February 2022.
