Clark Fortner

Clark Fortner, EIT, is an experienced Project Superintendent currently employed at PCL Construction since April 2024, following a similar role at Saunders Construction from June 2021 to April 2024. Previous experience includes various positions at Holder Construction Company from September 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Superintendent to Sr. Field Coordinator. Prior to this, Clark worked as a Civil Engineer I at Merrick & Company, focusing on project management and civil design for water and wastewater projects. Early career endeavors included serving as an Environmental Consultant at Environmental Permitting Consultants, Inc., specializing in permitting services and client relationships. Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2010.
