Gord Johnston Ma

Gord Johnston MA, BHJ, BA, CHRP serves as the National Director of HR & Professional Development for PCL Construction, leading HR initiatives across Canadian operations since August 2022. Previous roles include strategic HR consulting for Kyowa Kirin, Inc., and providing consulting services to various pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, including Purdue Pharma and Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Gord has extensive HR leadership experience, including interim HR leadership at CSA Group and significant roles at Bayer Inc. focusing on the development of integrated HR strategies. With a strong educational background, Gord holds a Master's Degree in Social Studies, a Bachelor of Human Justice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Regina.
