Michael Buckley P.eng

Michael Buckley P.Eng is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering and design services, currently serving as the Director of Design Services at PCL Constructors Canada since January 2016. In this role, Michael oversees the management of the design process for various PCL projects. Prior to this, Michael played a key role at Halsall Associates as the Practice Leader for Structures from February 1988 to December 2015. Michael holds a Master of Applied Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Toronto (1985-1988) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta (1980-1984).
