Monique Buckberger

Monique Buckberger is an accomplished professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President and District Manager for PCL Construction since April 2013, where oversight includes the operations of PCL's Winnipeg district in Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Prior to this role, Monique held various positions at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. from July 1995 to April 2013, including Project Director, Operations Manager, Chief Estimator, Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Field Engineer/Coordinator. Monique holds a Certificate in Project Management from RRC Polytech and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
