Amy Marinho has extensive work experience in the legal software industry. Amy is currently serving as the Support Operation Manager at PCLaw | Time Matters since January 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Product and Helpdesk at Easysoft from May 2020 to January 2021. Amy also held various roles at Easysoft, including Senior Product Support Specialist, Vice President of Product and Support, and Product Manager at Easysoft Legal Software, from May 2011 to January 2021.
Prior to their time at Easysoft, they worked at LEAP Legal Software USA as the VP of Client Operations from March 2016 to February 2018 and as a Client Manager from July 2015 to February 2018. Amy's earlier work experience includes serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations - East Coast at Norfolk Southern Railroad from 2000 to 2009.
Amy Marinho attended The Chubb Institute from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Computer Technology and Computer Systems Technology. Amy did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, in June 2020, they obtained a certification in "Leading Through Relationships" from LinkedIn, and in May 2020, they obtained a certification in "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" also from LinkedIn.
