Mark Nagelvoort

CEO at PCMI

Mark Nagelvoort is widely recognized as pioneering software administration systems within the Extended Warranty and F&I Product industry. He is a seasoned executive who has dedicated 30+ years to creating platforms that help the world’s TPAs, OEMs, and Insurers automate administration processes effortlessly. Mark specializes in using his expansive knowledge to help customers establish all phases of their extended warranty programs including sales, policy and claim administration, risk management, and offshore reinsurance within their PCRS software.

Under Mark’s leadership, their company has grown exponentially from its original 3 employees in 2012, to a robust team comprised of over 165 global team members in their U.S., Poland, and Thailand offices. Mark’s guiding principle during this ambitious expansion is based on this quote from a thought-leader he admires, Zig Ziglar: “You can get everything in life you want, if you will just help enough people get what they want.”

He started his career working with advanced consulting practices at Arthur Young & Company (Ernst & Young). Mark’s first major client was a company who acted as the insurer for American Warranty Corp., a pioneer F&I administrator. Over the years, he learned the ins and outs of the industry from working with many large third-party administrators.

Mark realized there was a tremendous opportunity to automate and streamline the full lifecycle of a TPA’s administration processes, which motivated him to start his first software company at the age of 23 called NAT Inc. At NAT, Mark and his team built the SCS Auto platform, which was later acquired by Dealertrack. He stayed on as President of the NAT division of aftermarket services before founding PCMI Corporation and introducing his new and improved, Policy Claim and Reporting Solutions (PCRS) administration platform to the market.

Mark holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
