Sitalakshmi Prakasan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sitalakshmi served as a Client Delivery Lead and an Account Representative at PCMI Corporation starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst Project Lead at the same company from 2019 to 2021. Before their time at PCMI Corporation, Sitalakshmi worked as a Business Analyst at Focaloid Technologies Private Limited from 2018 to 2019 and as a Business Systems Analyst at SVM, LP from 2018 to 2018. Sitalakshmi also gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst - Consultant staff at VW Credit, Inc. from 2013 to 2018 and at First Niagara Bank from 2011 to 2013.

Sitalakshmi Prakasan holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Minot State University. Sitalakshmi also completed a certificate program in Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they have a Post Graduate degree in HR from Mahatma Gandhi University.
