Jo Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational support and commercial management. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Support at PCMS since November 2007, Jo leads multiple commercial functions, including the Service Desk, Incident & Problem Management, Customer Services, and Service Transition, while overseeing multi-million pound budgets to drive revenue growth and manage costs effectively. Prior to this role, Jo was the Service Desk Manager at London Bridge Software from 1998 to 2007, where the company was later acquired by Fair Isaac.
