Jon Carroll

Jon has over 20 years of experience working in desktop management, network engineering, project management, and information security for small businesses, universities, and large corporations. He specializes in executing and managing new projects and product offerings for the businesses PCR works with. Prior to working at PCR, Jon worked for over 10 years as a systems administrator at FedEx, and many of the processes and procedures learned from FedEx have made their way into the PCR Process.
