Mark Burwood is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in IT support and network services. Currently serving as a Sr. Field Consultant at PCS International since November 2020, Mark has previously held positions as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Erickson Technologies and Digital Practice Inc., where responsibilities included technical support and network maintenance. Earlier in the career, Mark worked as a Network Tech at Dental Technology Services and held various technical roles at SBC, focusing on pay phones, outside plant, Light Span technology, and fiber technology. With a track record spanning from 1995 to the present, Mark brings extensive expertise in technology support and network systems.
