ABDALLA ABDELAAL is an experienced Information Technology Technical Support Specialist with a focus on technical assistance and support for end-users’ computer systems, software, hardware, and network issues at PCS Wireless since March 2016. In previous roles, ABDALLA managed customer service operations, specializing in return processes and technical inquiries, and demonstrated exceptional skills as a cell phone repair specialist with a strong emphasis on diagnostics and problem-solving. Prior experience includes work as a Mobile Software Specialist at AMC Telecom and Candans Mobile Phone Dubai, where ABDALLA led projects to enhance firmware for mobile devices and develop software solutions across various mobile phone models.
