Jan-Vincent del Rosario has extensive work experience in the field of talent management, development, and organizational development. Jan-Vincent has held various leadership positions in different companies.

Currently, they are working as the Director of Talent Management & Development at PCS Wireless since January 2024.

Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Talent Management & Development at Attentive from February 2022 to July 2023.

From August 2021 to February 2022, Jan-Vincent worked as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at PMG Digital Agency.

Before that, they were employed at Elbit Systems of America, where they held several roles. Jan-Vincent served as the Director of Employee & Organizational Development and DE&I from May 2018 to July 2021. Jan-Vincent also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from August 2017 to December 2019. Jan-Vincent started their journey at Elbit Systems as a Training and Development/Talent Management Specialist from April 2015 and transitioned to the role of LMS/Training & Development Coordinator from March 2015 to April 2015.

Jan-Vincent's career began at Accruent in July 2010, where they took on diverse roles. Jan-Vincent served as a Manager of Learning and Development from January 2014 to March 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Trainer from July 2012 to January 2014 and as a Trainer/Training Coordinator from June 2011 to July 2012. Furthermore, they worked as an Application Support Engineer from November 2010 to June 2011 and started their career there as a Human Resources Intern from July 2010 to November 2010.

Jan-Vincent del Rosario holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Jan-Vincent further pursued their education at Tarleton State University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management & Leadership Development between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Jan-Vincent has obtained several certifications, including Accredited Client Practitioner - Insights Discovery Profile from Insights in 2021, and Snagit Certifications in various techniques from TechSmith Corporation in 2020. Jan-Vincent also holds a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2018 and a CCL Assessment Suite Certified Facilitator certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2017.
