David Parks

David Parks is currently working as the SVP / Regional Manager and Branch Manager at PCSB Bank since July 2021. Prior to this, David held the position of Vice President at Citi from March 1998 to July 2021. Before that, David worked at Citibank from November 1993 to March 1998, where David held the titles of Area Sales Director and Branch Manager. David graduated with a BA in Economics from Framingham State University.
