Mary Grace Houlihan

Mary Grace is a Bay Area native who has spent her career in public and private development. Mary Grace most recently worked as the Public Works Director in Emeryville during the pandemic and as Group Manager for San Francisco BART prior to that. Previously, she worked in both design and construction for development of schools, public spaces, public infrastructure and housing/commercial development throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley. Mary Grace is registered as a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor in the state of California.

Mary Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of California Berkeley.
