Lacey Baker

Lacey Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital consulting, web design, and customer support within the agricultural sector and beyond. Currently serving as a Digital Ag Consultant at PCT Agcloud since June 2025, Lacey has also held positions including Web Design/Developer and Equine Body Worker. Previous roles include Customer Support Lead and Product Success Manager at Leaf Agriculture, as well as Senior Customer Success Representative at Granular. Lacey's career began in customer service, with positions at MapShots, Inc., DuPont Pioneer, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Lacey holds an Associate’s degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Des Moines Area Community College, along with additional studies at Midway University and Iowa State University.
