Ian Johnson

Ian Johnson has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a General Manager at Stiller Group, where they were responsible for shared user warehousing, fleet management, and contract distribution. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the IKEA Distribution Centre Manager at BLG Logistics, overseeing a large distribution center and leading contract negotiations. Since 2012, Ian has been with PD Ports, first as the General Manager North, responsible for operations and business development, and later as the Director of Portcentric Logistics, overseeing 3PL logistics operations nationwide. Their responsibilities include budget management, strategic planning, key account management, and overseeing various functions such as freight forwarding and contract warehousing.

Ian Johnson attended De Montfort University from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bsc(Hons) degree in Law and Accountancy.
