Nichel Gaba, CFA has a diverse range of work experience. Nichel is currently the CEO and Founder of PDAX | Philippine Digital Asset Exchange, where they are leading the development of an open market for digital assets in the Philippines. From October 2009 to June 2015, they held two roles at HSBC: Vice President, Trust Department from April 2012 to June 2015, and Management Associate from October 2009 to April 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor at Ateneo de Manila University from October 2011 to April 2012.

Nichel Gaba, CFA has a well-rounded education history. Nichel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Nichel Gaba achieved the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in 2013.
