Michelle Hornberger

Michelle Hornberger is an experienced customer care professional currently serving as Customer Care Supervisor at PDC, by Brady since April 2023, having previously held the roles of Customer Care Team Lead and Customer Care Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Care Manager at PDC IDenticard from August 2022 to April 2023 and as Customer Relations Supervisor at HairDirect from July 2015 to August 2022. Michelle Hornberger holds a Cosmetology License from Empire Beauty School-Lancaster and has completed a Digital Marketing degree at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Additional training includes attendance at Petsmart Dog Grooming School.
