Indranil De possesses extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as VP/GM of Design for Inspection (DFI) at PDF Solutions since April 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing novel electron-beam inspection hardware and developing technical, business, and sales strategies. Prior to this role, Indranil was the Founder and CTO of Tivra, focusing on high-performance Gallium Nitride technologies. Indranil has also held key engineering leadership positions at Intermolecular and KLA-Tencor, where contributions included material synthesis, electrical characterization, and advanced inspection techniques. Indranil's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with advanced degrees from Duke University and Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
