Loran Barnett

Loran Barnett has extensive experience in strategic human resources and leadership roles. Loran started their career at Citrix in 1998, where they provided strategic leadership and business partnership to high tech R&D and product development organizations. Loran also managed university relations and college recruiting programs, revamping the recruiting program to attract top talent from competitive universities. Loran then joined FIT Electronics (Foxconn) in 2013 as a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner Manager, specializing in HR best practices and execution. Since 2017, Loran has been working at PDF Solutions as the Senior Strategic Global HR Director & Leader, overseeing all people-related initiatives for a global workforce in the semiconductor industry.

Loran Barnett attended Bradley University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Pre-Law Studies. Loran'sstudies included Interpersonal Communications and Mass Communications, with a focus on pre-law.
