Christina Taylor

Christina Taylor has a strong background in customer support and operations management. Christina started their career as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and worked their way up to roles such as Manager, Technical Support Operations and Senior Manager, Client Care & Implementation. In their recent position as SVP of Operations at Sound Payments, they created an Operations organization to support all verticals and locations, focusing on exceptional client experiences through flexible systems and automation. Christina also has experience managing large teams and departments, implementing organizational changes, and mentoring staff to advance into leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Customer Support at PDI Technologies.

Christina Taylor attended Armstrong State University from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Christina then went on to the Academy of Radio & Television Broadcasting from 1995 to 1997, focusing on Radio & Television Broadcasting with a specialization in Radio and News Broadcasting.
