Nick Smith

Nick Smith has extensive experience in the field of professional services and project management. Their career began in 1995 at M&S, where they served as a Project Manager until 2000. Nick then moved on to Sky as a Project Manager until 2002. Following this, Nick held various roles at NCR from 2002 to 2014, including Senior Project Manager, UK Professional Services Director, and Northern Europe Professional Services Director. Nick also worked at Oracle as an Oracle Retail Consultant in 2014 and later joined Fortnum & Mason as Head of IT (Interim) in 2016. Nick then became an Associate at Retail247 Consulting Ltd before taking on a Programme Manager role at Dixons Carphone from 2017 to 2019. Nick then returned to Dixons Carphone as a Programme Manager until 2021. Currently, they are the VP of EMEA Professional Services at PDI Software since March 2021.

Nick Smith attended The Barr Beacon School from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained 11 'O' Levels and 4 'A' Levels. Nick then pursued a BSc degree in Maths and Computer Science at the University of Liverpool from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Prince2 from APMG International.
