Kelley Bunch

Kelley Bunch is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Enterprise Productivity at PDI Technologies since July 2019. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Ericsson from April 2016 to July 2019 and Attorney for Document Review at Thomson Reuters/Special Counsel, where significant projects involved attorney-client privilege reviews for DOJ and FCC investigations. As Staff Counsel at Sage Telecom, Kelley established a comprehensive contract sign-off process and created various agreements before the legal department's relocation to California. Early experiences include internships at the U.S. EEOC and Amvensys Capital Group, focusing on evidence compilation and subsidiary formation. Kelley holds a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
